Due to remote location of customer address India. Post speed post service took longer than expected customer was informed about shipping details also .Customer got the product delivery as committed.

Myself Murali purchesd hairoil on rajved.in and paid through phonepay and successfully completed the transaction but merchant doesn't generated my order and i didn't received anything in my purchased section after login in that particular site.

I ordered a product on 20 may from a website but product did not received till now. When I contact website mobile no. they are not responding to single message. I called on given no but it's switch off all the time. I need my product or refund my money.
