Complaint no. :[protected], we would like to know the current status of our complaint. It was our first shopping from Shop18 and hopefully now the last by seeing pathetic response from their end. We ordered something else, received something else and now we don't know where to go. The product was supposed to be a gift for someone. We registered the complaint on 2nd April and has got no response till now. None of toll free nos. displayed are responding.
