Raksha Health Insurance TPA — Bill amount not settlement

Dear sir
i have send my bill rs-143253 but raksha tpa settlement 85107 but i send all type bill with claim form, some bill amt 18688 he write claim settlement voucher beyound bill date and one operation hospital bill rs 390027 but raksha tpa paid rs-300625 and remanning amt-89402 i paId through atm from 2 account because atm swipe not accdept more than 50000 so i payment atm first rs-50000 and second 39402 . he approve 50000 but not approve 39402 he demand bill 39402 but i again send hospital bill rs-390027.
