I am member of raksh tpa of sbi gen insurance of retired pensioner work member is.SBIG[protected]SBIDEL and submitted bill of my wife SHARDA TARA with claim number [protected]whereas angoplasty was done by tpa mediassist of orient insurance company and adviced TMT after 6months under angoplasty but now I have only sbi gen insurance policy and no alternate to submitt bill to you which I have referred to you before test for cashless and adviced by you to submitt bill after test for payment which it is submitted to you.kindly pay test bill rs1500 Out of bill

Your reply is not acceptable as it is
part of Angoplasty because I was operated of Angoplasty from medi assist and remibursement was made by mediassist company under arrangement of orient insurance company and was told to get TMT after six month by escort hospital and advised TMT but un fortunately valid policy upto 19december 2021 and before TMT I had written to sbi gen insurance for cashless and told it is investigation and cashless is not possible but you submitted bill after TMT test for reimbursement which I have given as adviced by you so it is part of Angoplasty and it is hospitalisation not domicilary so it should be paid for rs1500. Out of the bill paid for TMT
