Hello sir, my name is Bhupender, PNB employee posted at kahargpur circle, permanent resident Haryana Rohtak, my Member ID is M58343910PNBA, My Reimbursement pending for long, even after given all related documents. And same has been received by concerned office. Call frequently to number [protected], to my status of applications. Everytime customer representative said call me after 10min/15min/15 days, and also we are not getting your details right now, . I am a PNB bank employee. The process started from Feb2022, after that I have been asked for additional documents, which not submitted within due date, because far away from my hometown and the hospital, in July I have call to customer to reopen case for reimbursement, they said mail to [protected]@rakshatpa.com. i didn't get anyone reply. Lastly I have sent all required documents by post to the concerned office and received in sep22, i warned the customer executive i will complaint for the same, she said go and do complaint.
