an employee of bank of india. claim got rejected for some valid reason we asked for returning of original bills to submit in other insurance company.
We followed with Hyderabad team and they never responds particularly an executive called priyanka who has no knowledge about insurance give reckless answers
Then followed up with Kunal who sits in mumbai and looking after these cases.
Since 20 days we have been constantly following up through emails and phone but he never responds to query
