Raksha Tpa Pvt Ltd — not received my claim cheque

I had filled my claim on 4 sept 2018 but till today no cheque received not proper reply. They assured me that i will get cheque in 5-6 days from last 1 month, they try to miss guide me. I think company just want to delay the matter by giving new dates to me.
