Hi, i am member of rakuten survey panel. I using it from some time. I have 624 points in my rakuten account. When I go to redeem the reward. There's message on the page' your payment has been freezed due to unusual or unnatural account activity. When I contacted the customer service, they are giving their as usual automated answer, ' you have done a prohibited act. I have checked multiple times their 'prohibited acts' list but I have not done any. When I asked about that they are not telling me anything They are just scamming me. They have taken my opinion, time and personal information data and phone data. While it's time to pay they are making excuses. They did it to me earlier also. Their surveys are not good. Every second survey ended with, ' ' we found a safety issue with your response' without any reason. When I asked them, they are saying we are not bound to disclose. This means they have nothing to say, they just want to do fraud with my money. They have earned money from my opinions that are valuable I really fed up with their irresponsible behaviour. It's too frustrating and mental harras. Now I am not interested at all in their surveys. I just want my 624 points that are 624 Indian rupees.
