I purchased a machine from NEXIA company on 25/7/2025. The stitches in the machine keep coming loose. Despite repeatedly reporting this, the problem of the machine has not been resolved.
And the answers were not satisfactory, even though the machine is under warranty, RAM CYCL CENTRE{GST NO:-24AAKFG8500H1ZJ} {PHONE NO:- [protected]} do not take responsibility, despite repeatedly reporting the problem, i did not get a solution.
