I tried to get renewal of my driving linces online on 30th Nov 2021. The under mentioned web my first payment was made through googlepay the amount Rs425 deducted but link was not send to fill my biodata of linces. Again I tried through UPI the amount Rs425 again deducted without fill the bio data.The same day Rs 850 deducted from account.
I made correspond as given there mail i.e [protected]@gmail.com.
I clearly given my SUBJECT : RENEWAL OF DRIVING LINCES. If my content is not matching with there product how they accepted for renewal driving linces.
I have sent mail repeated but thetre answer was difent one. After so many mail and couldnot got any respond from them. Now I physically applied to RTO officeand get approved.
The web side is making confuse to costumer without seen subject they making their monopoly.
It clearly understood in my mail the SUB: RENEWAL OF DRIVING LINCES
You are requested to refund my amount plz.
