I was getting the copy of TOI and ET combo since last 8 yrs, the time when I shifted to Golf Course Road in Gurgaon. The vendor - Ravinder Kumar[protected] has the monopoly of delivery and not only dictates his terms but is very rude, arrogant and abusive. On complaint of non delivery of papers few days and adjust the price, he refused and has stopped sending the newspaper to my apartment. The REA also could not do anything as he has the monopoly of delivery, he charges 30/- extra per month over and above the newspaper prices.
I request to make sure that the vendor behaves and resume the delivery on reasonable terms. Was this information helpful? |
