Further, no confirmation from the company end related to the order, not responding to calls/messages from my end.

I placed an order On :[protected]:57:49, today is June 29th 2015 till now product not received. Whenever we call customer care they says within two days you get the order, but after two days also they tell the same story. This is fraud company, they are saying owner is Ramesh Yadav. They looted my money, Don't buy from this website.

i had purchased 2 tyres from this site called tyresonwheels i had the most worst experience of my life . they first took the order and then the told me that they dot have the tyres and that they will return the money in 5 days but even after 4 months i have not received my money .they have just changed the status "refunded" in their website account pls do not trust this webisite .. i think this is fake company as the adderess they have provided of their head office is fake .. it does not exists

I had placed order for 2 tyres vide TOW11948Jun863237 dated 13 Jun 15. While booking it was displayed on page that it will take two days but the promise of sit is all in air. Now i have raised several queries vide site but no response. I have made several calls to number displayed on site but no response. every time I call I am hanged up in IVR and call is dropped. I feel I am cheated by this company. So I am also requesting you that please do respond to this mail deliver the item if not possible the also give me feed back and refund my amount. I wish you understand the gravity of situation and will respond soon

Dear Sir/madam, i made a purchase for the set of 4 tyres on 30th April with the mentioned order id TOW10929Apr206019, i am unable to know the status of the order when i check online its showing the status of processing. this is ridiculous and carelessness on your part, i was told that my order will be delivered with in 5 business days and it passed, if the order is not initiated you should inform the customer, you have accepted the payment and now you are not responding, solve my issue asap.

dear sir i have done the online shopping with tyreonwheel.com on 25th feb 2015, also done the online payment of Rs 10400 on same day. but instade of having guarantee of delivery in between two days, i have not received the material as of know. i have contacted them several times on there help line number but i could not get proper information even i could not get communication id for transport enquiry. also from last 3 days they are not receiving there helpline number .[protected] please look into matter

I still find hard to believe there is a company like this. After you make your payment online to tyreonwheels.com then consider the relationship with this company is over. This is my experience. You will never get at any SMS alerts, any Confirmation emails, any dispatch updates, any cancellation updates, any refunds or refund updates. Only automated call messages will attend your calls to customer care and will never connect to an operator. Your emails will never be replied. If you cancel your order because of all these things you will never get your refund also. Company will keep the money in the wallet which they maintain for your future use. Thanks for Mr. Anil Malhotra for running such a useless crap.

Hi, I am harikannan, I have ordered tyre for TATA indigo on 18.12.2014. Till now there is no response from them. If I call to customer care, no one is picking up the call, if I call from another then they are answering, This kind of scam people's and websites, why the government is allowing them to do business. Even myself can see lot of mistakes they have done. But there is no action taken by government.

I am Vikas from Gandhinagar Gujarat, I had placed an order for 4 tyres of 155/70R 14 TL of JK brand from Tyreonwheels.com vide order no TOW8457Dec154678 dated 14 Dec 14. First of all they gave wrong information about the dispatch of consignment and when i finally received it on 22 Dec 14, i found that all four tyres were 05 years old i.e manufactured in 2009 and the tyres were in deteriorated condition as the rubber was cracking on itself. i confirmed from JK tyre executive and he informed me that all the tyres are life expired and are out of warranty. I immediately informed the matter to the company. At first they didn't accept but when i mailed them pictures of tyres and warrant card on which the serial no is endorsed, later on they told that the matter will be taken up with higher authorities and you will be informed. I tried to call them 35 times, but in vain as my call was not connected neither did they revert back to me. Now i am helpless. The tyre sl no are as: 5009, 4309, 5209 & 5009 (first two digit denotes week and last two digit denotes manufacturing year). i have placed Nankang 4tyres for my ford ikon car tyre of 175/70/R13 order vide order No: TOW8115Nov983142 on 24th Nov 2014 at 16:14 an amount of Rs.12600/- but i havent recieved my tyres yet and when i called the customer care they gave me thrice worng shipment details and also the worse thing they would respond to our calls and the false promises...please request you to kindly an immediate action on this people...

I had ordered 2 Apollo Amazor tubeless tyres from Tyre on Wheels on 29 Sep 14 and waited almost for a week to know the status. No one from the company updated me the status and i got fed up following up with them The reason always they were quoting me was no stock but their website always displays In stock status of the same product. Finally after multiple follow ups they came and fitted the tyres on the 16th day from order placed date. But The nitrogen in the new tyres fitted was leaking out in 3 days and i had to re fill in the same again and again. When i got it checked there was 2 holes on the side layer of the tyre and i had to return the same to Ramph Global for replacement. Unfortunately Apollo is not ready to provide any replacement quoting it's not manufacturing defect though there is a 5 years warranty. They were also quoting that this kind of issue arises if the fitting is not done properly. Not sure who's fault is but i'm suffering by paying money. No proper written information provided either by Ramph Global or from Apollo on what all covered under 5 years warranty. Never recommend Apollo tyres as well as Tyre on Wheels to anyone...

I placed an order for a tyre for my Audi A4 on 26th July, 2014. But the tyre never got delivered for weeks!!! Eventually I had to cancel the order ( that too after visiting their branch office in Bombay ) as my car couldn't go with a damaged tyre for so long! To my surprise it has been over a month and half now and I've not received any refund on my card. I checked with credit card company as well. And when I try to contact the them ( which is possible once in a blue moon as there is no one to answer their phones) they tell me that the payment has been forwarded from their end and it should reflect in 10 working days. I'm fed up of wasting time, money and energy trying to get my 12000 Rs back!! This company is a CHEAT that dubs people on purpose. As they call them these days - WILLFUL DEFAULTERS!!

I had purchased a KOMET PLUS KR23 TUBELESS 185/65/14 tyre from http://www.tyreonwheels.com on[protected]:40:21 vide Order No. : TOW3497Feb695206 & I had paid 2725.00 via net banking from my State Bank of Travencore account. The tyre was delivered on[protected] by DTDC courier, after we unwrapped the tyre we found it to be of a different make and size. I immediately called up customer care on +[protected] and told them about the issue, they told me that there must have been some misunderstanding at the warehouse & my tyre was send to someone else and that someone else's tyre was delivered to me. They assured me that by monday ie.[protected] I will be getting my replacement tyre. But on monday I did not receive any tyre so, on tuesday I called the customer care on +[protected] they informed me that the courier company had refused the package so they are sending the tyre with one of the employee and I will get the tyre by 7 PM that evening, but again no delivery was done on tuesday evening. On wednesday morning ie.[protected] I called the customer care on +[protected] they informed me that the person who was supposed to deliver the tyre has met with an accident therefore he could not make the delivery. I requested them to give me the contact detail of the person who had accident so that I can probably go to that person's address and hand him the tyre and take my replacement tyre from him, but I was told that they can not divulge that information & they again assured me that I would definitely get my replacement tyre by thursday evening ie.[protected]. I never received any delivery on thursday ie.[protected]. So on friday ie.[protected] I called the customer care on +[protected] and asked for anyone senior a supervisor or manager to whom I can complain but I was told that there is no senior available as everyone has gone for lunch. They gave me a telephone number, which was supposed to be the number of the person who was bringing my replacement tyre, I immediately called this number the person who picked up told me that he will be able to make the delivery by 630 PM that evening. But again no one turned up so I called the customer care on +[protected] and asked for anyone senior a supervisor or manager to whom I can complain but this time I was told that there is no senior available as everyone has gone home & again I was told the same line that I will be getting my replacement tyre by 1030 AM on Saturday ie[protected].

i ordered a tyre for my bike in december and they got me a brand new SECOND hand tampered tyre.then i called the customer care and told them.they told they will refund my money back within 1 week.I have been calling them for one week, even Today i called them.but they told that refund have been done and till now i didnt get any refund..plzzzz give me my money back...

I placed an order for a tyre on 24-oct-13 and cancelled it 25-oct-13 and since then consistently following up for refund and have written several mails and called their customer service. However, still have not recived my refund. "Unfortunately even after several reminders and your promises to refund my money, I still have not received my check of INR 5450/-. This is highly unprofessional and most disturbing experience of my life. Only option left with me to file a complaint with consumer forum and seek compensation."

HI I am Prathap from Bangalore.

I have booked a tyre on TYREONWHEELS.com of size 175/70 R13 on July 11th 2013, After 20 days I received the Tyre which is of size 155/70 R13. After receiving the small Tyre I immediately raised a complaint with their customer care([protected]) and they said that they will replace the tyre with in next 5 days.

After five days I again called them to check the status of the tyre dispatchment and they said that it will be delivered in next day and this is the same answer I keep on getting from the customer care team.

In this 30 days I called them some 50 times and I got the different stories as a answer. Once they gave me some fake tracking number saying that they dispatched the tyre. Some time they disconnect the call in-between.

Even today I got the same response, which is very bad on their part and cheating the public by quoting them selves as the first tyre online store.
