I visited Lenovo exclusive store Rams retail, #154-A Meyyanoor main road, Salem, Tamilnadu-636004 for purchasing a laptop for my personal use on 8th February the sales persons was not responding well even though since I have trusted the brand I insisted and asked for pamphlets regarding the configurations available in Yoga laptops they replied no such things are available after I went around and checked other laptops available in the store and again asked to show me the model I am looking for. The sales women showed a laptop in the display and said that the model you are looking will be similar, Again I insisted the sales person to show me the model I am looking for, But they said that it is inside and in a sealed pack. So I decided to purchase and asked the correct configuration of the model so that I can finalize my decision, but the sales person was not giving me the clear configuration, so I started asking one by one about the configuration of the model I am looking. At last the sales person send me a message to my mobile and said that was the configuration of the model. I went through the text message but I could not able to understand the configuration and the software’s available with the package. Even though I searched the web and checked the configuration my shelf and decided to purchase because I have trust and faith on your brand since I am using the Lenovo think desktop for the past 9 years which is working well till now. I asked about the finance scheme through Bajaj finance since I am an existing customer of Bajaj finance. The finance person explained me about the scheme available clearly and said I have to pay an initial amount of Rs.19808/- . at that time the finance person asked the laptop for entering the serial number for the login of the loan, by the time the sales women said that the laptop is not available at salem branch and is available at their Erode branch which will be received by next day i.e on 9th February and insisted to pay the initial amount immediately, so I had paid the amount through my HDFC credit card due to my faith on the brand. I have been said that they will call me on 9th February morning and I can collect my laptop by 13hrs after completing my finance formalities. I waited for their call and finally I called them at 13.50 hrs thrice and they answered me at my fourth call and said that due to some staff took leave at erode branch I have to take delivery of my laptop on 10th evening only. The store was opened at 11am and they knew about the fact and have not informed me through phone after attending my call the same sales person said that she was thinking to call but she forgotten. I got very much hurt and asked why I have not been informed about the matter, She replied rudely that they are not willing to sell the laptop to me if I want I can cancel my order. At last I got fed up, is this the way the Lenovo costumers are treated, Now I have lost the trust and faith on your brand so I asked for cancelation of the product and refund of my payment the sales women asked to send the account details and my amount will be transferred to my account immediately. I had send my bank account details to the mobile number given to me on 9th February 14.12hrs. after my several calls they send 10Rs to my account for testing and asked me to check and confirm the account on 11th February and I had confirmed that I have received the amount of 10Rs and requested to transfer my balance amount. From the next day onwards I am repeatedly calling the showroom but they are telling silly reasons for not refunding and now hesitating to attend my call. Today is 13th February still I have not received my payment to my bank account and they are not attending my calls. Was this information helpful? |
