Ranajit Mohanty — Street dogs' horrifying and scaring our lives at khandagiribari

Dear Madam/Sir

The street dogs are creating havoc near our residence at Khandagiribari. It was always there but for last 3 years there is a newly unfurnished house just adjacent to our home where these dogs are taking night shelter. There are lots of kids living nearby and more than a couple of blind hostels too. In the night they are creating havoc by barking and crying for more than hours together. They are also fighting with each other more often. Our lives have become so scary and horrified because of these street creatures. We respect the values of life in every living being including them and so request to rehabilitate at a place where they can also get a better life and a discipline with the help of a guide/trainer/expert.
We would appreciate your help to live and let live in a civilised manner.
