Rangers Club — Fraud

Now I have got Tag resort jim Corbett.

Relationship manager Taruna goswami has called me and threatened that if I will not remove this comment then they will not provide any booking. She is a very rude lady and have no ethics how to speak to customers, she talks in that way as if we have not paid anything and asking properties for free. But now after availing the 1st service, I came to know there is a lot of more losses I will be facing if I continue asking bookings from them. I have paid 1.70 lakhs excluding AMC for 10 years and wanted to get my money in some way. They didn’t give us booking of Ramada plaza, club mahindra udaipur and applied huge mandatory charges so that we don’t even think of booking them like for udaipur they said 2 days they can give but 3rd day I have to pay 10k for each room. Then they gave us tag resorts which I didn’t wanted but had to take as wanted to avail service, Rangers club provides the lowest category rooms in Tag resort, isolated buildings with no much facilities. I was really disappointed to see the conditions of rooms, its all damped rooms. Attaching images. Its just the first service I have availed. Mr. Imran has shown us “evolve back” and many other properties while booking this membership however they don’t have any good properties other than 2-3k properties. If I will calculate my amount which I have paid, I am already paying 5k per non RCI rooms. All together this is a fraud company and they will just continue looting your amount. Instead of they have troubled so many people and I can see a lot of complaints here, I doubt how they are still trapping customers?
