Dear Support Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my holiday membership with Rangers Club. I have not received the benefits and services promised at the time of purchase. Membership Details: Membership ID: 123101 Date of Purchase: APR-2022 Package Name: 6N/7D for 5 YEARS [Studio/Deluxe] Product Selling Price: ₹80, 000 Amount Paid: ₹30, 000 Balance Amount: ₹50, 000 Issues Faced: 1. Inability to book holidays, promised destinations not available after multiple attempts. 2. Multiple emails, calls made to resolve the issue in last few years. 3. No resolution as per expectation till now This constitutes a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If this matter is not resolved within 7 working days, I will be compelled to escalate the issue to: 1. National Consumer Helpline 2. Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission 3. Legal authorities for recovery and compensation. Requested Action: Full refund of the amount paid along with applicable compensation. Please treat this matter with urgency and confirm your resolution plan by [specific date, e.g., within 7 days].
