I want to warn others about Rangers Club Pvt Ltd, located at Office No. 901, Logix Office Tower, Logix Mall, Sector-32, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.
On April 6th, 2025, I was misled into purchasing a membership worth ₹1, 75, 500, based on false promises and deceptive marketing tactics. Immediately after reviewing the agreement, I realized hidden terms and conditions were never disclosed before payment. I have been requesting a refund since the same day, but they have continuously ignored my requests.
Issues Faced:
- False Promises – They assured benefits like free holiday vouchers, lifetime membership perks, and complimentary services, but later imposed hidden restrictions.
- Refusal to Refund – Despite my repeated requests for a full refund, they continue to delay and offer unjustified deductions.
- No Services Availed – I have never used their membership, yet they refuse to process a refund.
- GST Non-Compliance – They failed to provide GST details or a proper invoice, raising concerns about tax mismanagement.
- Lack of Transparency – They imposed a ₹25, 000 admin fee but refused to provide a breakdown of this charge.
Steps Taken:
- I have escalated the matter to Consumer Forum, Cyber Crime Department, National Consumer Complaint Portal, and CM Jansunwai Portal.
- I have reported the issue to my bank and requested chargeback and EMI cancellation for the disputed amount.
- I have informed the Tourism Department, GST Office, Noida Authorities, MLA, and MP to raise awareness of their fraudulent practices.
Final Warning:
I urge anyone considering their services to be extremely cautious. Their lack of accountability and deceptive business model can cause financial loss. If you have faced a similar issue, please report them to consumer authorities to prevent others from being scammed.
