On 21st December2024 at 12:15 AM, I purchased a travel package valued at ₹2, 60, 000. I paid ₹1, 60, 000 upfront via credit card, based on multiple promises made by the company’s sales representatives, including premium travel accommodations, flexible booking options, and complimentary flight tickets.
However, within just 14 minutes of the purchase, at 12:29 AM, I sent a cancellation email after realizing the company may be engaging in fraudulent practices. According to the terms outlined in the membership agreement, cancellation is permissible within seven days of purchase. Despite exercising this right almost immediately, my cancellation request has been ignored.
Since then, I have made several efforts to follow up with the company. I have spoken to representatives Mr. Shashitosh Jha and Mr. Abhay Chauhan, both of whom assured me on call that the cancellation was being processed. However, I have received no written confirmation and no refund to date.
Further, the company has failed to deliver on any of its promised services. Numerous consumer complaints, such as those found on MouthShut, confirm this is not an isolated case. Many customers, like myself, were lured into paying large sums based on false promises and were later ignored. The representatives either switch off their phones, refuse to respond, or keep misleading consumers with hollow assurances.
The mental harassment and emotional stress caused by this situation have been overwhelming. The false promises of an “easy refund, ” the refusal to honor the cancellation policy, and the complete lack of accountability demonstrate a deliberate attempt to deceive customer.
