I booked 4 tickets via netbanking, submitting all the detail and the amount was deducted from my bank but the message appeared time over, ticket not confirmed. i talked at [protected], the operator told me we will call u back within 10 minutes. After half an hour i called, but they are not picking my phone and the other no. is not working.
i am helpless to whom should i complain and what about the amount i have paid.
