As i purchased XOLO 12.7cm mobile on 17/02/2017, I had charged the mobile at 5 hour, After i switched on the mobile was over heat emit continuously, still now i did not put sim into the mobile because the mobile did not reduce that heat, I unable to process this mobile. So i will request you to return this mobile.
