Ranjith — Heat problem for mobile

As i purchased XOLO 12.7cm mobile on 17/02/2017, I had charged the mobile at 5 hour, After i switched on the mobile was over heat emit continuously, still now i did not put sim into the mobile because the mobile did not reduce that heat, I unable to process this mobile. So i will request you to return this mobile.

We paid the loan amount to L&T in last year but now the Kotak Mahindra bank person called me and asked again to pay thr loan amount to the Kotak how can I pay pl to consider the complaint and resolve this
