I have purchased a ornament (Gantan) dated on 29/07/2015 the calculated weight was 18.14 gm and the velucation waS Including tax was 50020/- Due to some reason I have return the same dated on 23/04/2017 and that time the calculated gold weight came to 17.38 gms. Total valuation came to 46926/- 0.76 gms weight was less than the previous weight. Why there is a weight loss in the ornament. It was rarely used and most of the time it was kept in locker. Despite of rate hike in gold I had lost my money as well as gold. I need a justice in this transaction.
