Worst day of my life. I had booked AC bus 41 Seater for 25 people in my family for three days travel to hanumangarh, Rajashtan for Wedding.
Onward journey was painful due to state tax permit which took 2 hours for this agency to solve.
Return journey was life threatening. We had to deboard this bus mid way to save our lives. Bus tyre got burst and this bus had no tool box or spare tyre. Due to this my family had to wait on road for 3 and half hours in the night from 11:30 to 3am .
During this chaos Drivers comes back drunk and not in condition to drive. After struggling for 2 hours, we had no option left to leave this bus and arrange something else.
Due to this we had to pay to the new bus along with hassle of shifting and also rebook all the flight tickets for 25 people same day.
Shameless guys,
All this while if you try to reach the owner/point of contact, they will not be reachable. So overall they take all money in advance and post that they don't give a damn for you.
