Subject: Complaint Against Rao Holidays for Deficiency in Service Respected Sir/Madam, I am filing this complaint against Rao Holidays regarding poor service and failure to fulfill commitments under my membership (ID: 10277), purchased approximately three years ago. Since becoming a member, I have consistently faced delays and non-responsiveness whenever I requested holiday bookings. Due to the company's lack of timely communication, I have missed or disrupted several travel plans. Most recently, I sent emails on 13-Jun-2026 and 16-Jun-2026 but received no response. When I contacted customer care on 18-Jun-2026, the representative, Siya, behaved unprofessionally and disconnected the call without resolving my concern. Further, Rao Holidays promised 4-star hotel accommodations as part of the membership benefits. However, during a Jim Corbett booking, the hotel provided was of very poor quality and lacked basic amenities. The property was far below the promised standard, forcing my family to cancel the stay and make alternate arrangements. The company's repeated failure to provide proper service, honor its commitments, and respond to customer concerns has caused significant inconvenience, mental harassment, and loss of vacation opportunities. I request appropriate action against Rao Holidays and seek a refund of my membership fee along with compensation for the deficiency in service and hardship caused.
