I paid Rs1500 for a Silver package from RAPIDHELP which includes some basic services like A/C Services, Car service and DND Toll Card.Its been 1.5 months and i still haven't received the toll card after so many follow ups with the company executives.Now i am being told that the Silver package kit that was offered to me was a stolen kit and is not valid as per the company.I have the original bill and also the kit with me.It is the company's responsibility to take care of the kits that they manufacture.How can they assume that a customer would be aware of the fact that it is a stolen kit if he is being offered a bill along with it.Even after so many follow ups with the company i was never told about the exact issue, it was only after 1.5 months i got to know about the stolen kits issue.Now the person who has offered me the kit is absconding and the company is not taking responsibility for the amount i have paid.I would say do not go for any packages from this new company RAPIDHELP as they don't value the customer sentiments and just care about money.
