Sir i have complaint against Rapido captain services i am a captain of Rapido since from 2 years but on 17th of April i had taken customer from pickup location and i drop her to the drop location she said you wait here i bring the payment but she didnt come and i complaint to Rapido customer care they said that this is your responsibilites and not a single help they had done and if mistake have done by our side they directly cut the amount from earning but customer doing fraud they dont see, i didnt get money from lady please help out sir Was this information helpful? |
