Sent my EV charger for repair to [Company Name] via courier on 5th December, and the company received the charger on 9th December. The company initially informed me that the repair would be completed by 12th December. However, when I contacted them on 12th December, they confirmed that the charger had been repaired.
Since then, I have been following up with the company for a provisional bill to proceed with the payment. The company has been delaying the issuance of the bill without any valid reason, even though the repair is complete. As of today, 21st December, the company has not provided me with the required bill, which is causing unnecessary delay and inconvenience on my end.
The delay in providing the bill has affected my ability to make the payment and has caused significant disruption to my ability to use my EV charger, which I rely on for daily commuting.
I request immediate action to:
Provide the provisional bill for the repair service so that I can proceed with payment.
Address the unnecessary delay in providing the bill.
Compensate for the inconvenience caused due to the prolonged delay in service.
This delay is unacceptable, and I hope the company will take prompt action to resolve the issue.
