I would like to lodge a formal complaint against the driver of the above-mentioned bus for his extremely rash driving, unprofessional conduct, and abusive behaviour towards passengers.
At the Hauz Khas Bus Stop (Hauz Khas Metro Station), the driver behaved very rudely with passengers and was not allowing them sufficient time to board the bus safely. Most of the passengers waiting to board were women, and his careless actions could have resulted in serious injuries.
Furthermore, when a woman was getting off the bus, the driver verbally abused her without any provocation. Such behaviour towards passengers is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism.
The most alarming incident occurred at the Adhchini traffic signal, where the driver jumped a red light, narrowly avoiding a collision with an Innova, several motorcycles, and other vehicles. His reckless driving posed a significant threat to the lives of passengers as well as other road users. When another driver confronted him about this dangerous act, he responded by using abusive language instead of acknowledging his mistake.
The driver's conduct throughout the journey demonstrated complete disregard for passenger safety, traffic regulations, and basic standards of public service. I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that strict disciplinary action be taken against the driver to prevent such incidents from recurring and to ensure the safety of commuters.
