This is a very poor product with equally poor warranty backup and customer service. Bought their Softel Atta chakki reading the fake reviews. We followed the you tube video and the instructions. First time usage the motor kept on jamming and became so hot that it burnt down internal parts - grinding stones, rubber ring, plastic parts inside. All of them got mixed with the Atta. Lot of Atta got burnt up inside and got stuck in parts. It took 7+ hours for us to grind 5kg of Atta which has to be thrown away because of contamination and then cleaning up the chakki. Upon complaining we were told to schedule a video call with technician. I shared videos and photos with the technician who didn't bother to come on video call to see for himself and asked us to raise a support ticket for warranty replacement. Upon doing that also we were offered that a replacement rubber ring would be sent which we have to replace ourselves. When I asked for other parts or return/replacement we are offered a rasoi shop gift card with 3000 rupees less than what we paid. Since then we have written several emails to replace / fix the machine under warranty but no response at all. Stay away from this fraud company. Was this information helpful? |
