[Resolved]  Ratan Gas Agency Pimple Saudagar — Billing fraud for piped gas for Royal Imperio, Rahatni, pune

Hi, Sanjay from Ratan gas agency maintains all record in notebook and there is no computerised data with gas agency. He is also responsible for generating bill for royal Imperio society in Rahatni. I called him on 28-June-13 when my tenants were leaving and he confirmed that bill has been paid till April-13 end and he has not gone to flats for billing for 2 months. My tenants also did KYC which is also not on his records and he now saying bill has not been paid since Dec-12 even though he confirmed to me in June-13. There is a huge lack of communication and record keeping from Ratan gas people which leads to fraud of overchaging to owners when tenant leaves as they aware of no one can produce old receipts as old as one year. These gas guys are responsible for generating or clearing tenants accounts and not sure why owner should pay for them later on. It seems to me illegal the way they are operating and has to be regulated and controlled at the same time they have to charge correctly.
