The ration card office located in kannamwer nagar, vikhroli east is having highly unqualified and unprofessional staffs. They all are on phone most of the time or chitchatting while all the people including (Senior citizens, pregnant ladies, sick) are waiting for their service)
They don't even give complete information about what all documents are needed. The work which can be done in 20 mins, they make it more complicated for people and it takes 20days.
