Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a serious complaint regarding fraudulent billing at your Nagpur store.
On[protected] at around 18:42 hours, I purchased two dresses from your W Store, Trilium Mall, Nagpur (Store ID: W742, Till: TW7421, Cashier ID: ABF338611 – Name: Nishant Subhash). However, I noticed that the bill (Receipt No.: W7421ID0010729, Transaction Ref. No.:[protected] included three items instead of two. The third item — V-Neck Kurta-Solid 42"L 3/4 Slv (EAN Code:[protected], HSN: 62114990, MRP Rs. 2, 999.00, Net Amt Rs. 1, 199.60) — was never purchased by me.
I made the payment of Rs. 7, 098.20 through QR code payment, as per the bill generated. This act appears deliberate, as there was no rush at the billing counter at the relevant time. Such misconduct is unacceptable, especially from a brand store under the Aditya Birla Group.
You are requested to immediately preserve and review the CCTV footage of the billing counter for the said date and time to ascertain the facts and identify the person responsible.
Please take notice that by the end of the day, I will be lodging an FIR at the concerned police station if the matter is not addressed promptly.
