Rave Associates — Missing product in parcel

I received the consignment today, 19/05/2026, via XpressBee Surface courier after paying Rs. 1568/-.

Upon opening the parcel, I was shocked to find that only some accessories were present. The main product, Hilgrove 4-inch 850W Copper Winding Angle Grinder, was missing from the package. The product was clearly mentioned on the package sticker as well.

Due to this fraudulent incident, my urgent work has been completely held up. I request you to dispatch the correct product immediately or issue a full refund of Rs. 1568/-
