Raveendranath Kaushik — Unauthorized Credit Card payment outstanding

When I check my CIBIL score, I am finding that there is Rs 2488 overdue on my Phoenix ARC Credit Card, I am surprise that I dont have any such card used by me and there was no such outstanding amount in my name. Can you kindly look in to this. This has badly hit my CIBIL score and credibility in the market.
Let me know what need to be done to get it removed from CIBIL. It is showing that it is almost due for more than 900 days. Few years back, this was not shown in my CIBIL report and suddenly it started appearing and creating problems.
