I had applied for a one-time loan of ₹8, 000. However, the loan amount was disbursed to me in 3–4 installments instead of a single payment. Due to some financial difficulties, I missed a few EMI payments in the following months, and a significant amount of interest was charged. Later, I cleared the entire outstanding amount along with the applicable interest.

After making the payment, I was informed that an amount of around ₹1, 000 was still pending. Whenever I received collection calls, I requested that the matter be reviewed and resolved, but it has still not been resolved.

I kindly request you to review my old case and close it at the earliest, as I have already paid the loan amount along with the applicable interest. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
