Hi Vinesh, Kindly share your email id with me: [protected]@gmail.com. I too bought a flat in Gaurav Saffron, and have been cheated by Ravi Developments. I have done the rounds of their Kandivali office and have received no concrete answer from Mr. Roshan who sits in the accounts department along with a few others working there who are also involved in the cheating process.
Apparently even the employees can be taken to court for being cohorts to cheating. :-)
That being said please take a look at this link of the consumer court that passed a judgement against Ravi Developments. :-)

I have noticed the builders attempts to sound polite and concerned on various chat forums referring everyone to his customer care. It's hilarious as I have been emailing them since the day I was informed by ING Vysya Bank that Ravi Developments is a cheat. But there's been no reply.
And the joke is that ING Vysya Bank finances all his projects. So ING Vysya bank too is hand-in-glove here. :-)
Drop me an email, it could be a really long court battle, but with the right resources :-) it will be fun and totally worth it. You will see.
