Against an Online Order (no. #316333) on 'myraymonds.com' dated 13th December 2024 for 3 no.s Trousers. I received only 1 no. Trouser on 16th December'2024. The delivery was done by Raymond's courier (Delhivery). Thereafter, from 16th December 2024 onwards, I have sent emails to "[protected]@myraymond.com, "[protected]@raymond.in" followed by multiple reminder emails. Additionally, I have also talked to their customer care toll free no. [protected] and personally visited Raymond Retail Showroom, J K Gram (Factory Outlet), Thane to lodge my complaint.
As of date, inspite of all my efforts, there is NO response from Raymond Lifestyle Ltd - which is NOT acceptable.
