This company charged my credit card for $5, 500. They got me to OK the transaction with my credit card company with a fraudulent phone call. I thought I was talking to a different company, Technovo LLC in Santa Barbara CA for $2, 000 not Raz Technovo in India for $5, 500 and first saw the company and amount on my credit card statement. My credit card company determined this wasn't a fraud, because I had "authorized" it and I had to pay the $5, 500. They ignored the context, that the authorization call was in itself the fraud. We have learned that Technovo LLC in California also was involved in the fraud. Date: February 26, 2021. Desired resolution: refund of $5, 500. I am attaching a detailed account of the fraudulent transaction originally sent to Microsoft Complaints. The employees claimed they were Microsoft employees as well as Microsoft's response to me.
