Hi. I bought this mouse last fall in Sept 2017 and since then it has given me a lot of problems. The sensor doesn't work all the time. I have tried everything. They have told me to make a warranty claim from CloudTail India Private Limited. Please assist me to do it. It is still in warranty as Razer provides a two-year warranty for its mouse products and there has only been a year since when I bought it. Was this information helpful? |
