With the reference above, i would like to inform you that i have applied insta cash of rs. 10, 000/- from rbl my card application on 16/12/2018 and the amount had been deducted on 19/12/2018 from credit card. I have called on [protected] on 24/12/2018 as the amount was not credited, at that time they informed me that the 48 working hours is taken to credit the amount and then the amount was not credited and also i mailed on [protected]@rblbank.com and mentioned all details, and again i have called on 28/12/2018 on that time they informed that we are taking request and the amount will be credited on 29/12/2018 or max to max on 31/12/2018, but still the amount is not credited and again i have called then and talked to with sravani and she told me that we have mentioned all details and the amount will be credited on 04/01/2019. I don't know that what does they mean of insta cash as it is already taken 15 days and again they told me to wait 3 days.
