Hi Sir,
I am KAREN LYNN C and i use rbl bank super credit card. I did not buy any insurance on my card but R-shield insurance is activated on my card and the premium of 23162 for this insurance is blocked from my card without my consent. I don't want any insurance please and humble request cancel the insurance and refund my amount. I have also created multiple tickets over last two months - ticket 25100372, 25229296, 25103662, which was closed after couple of days telling that it cannot be resolved without any valid reason.Also it is mentioned that we are unable to process your request.I will be very thankful to you if you close this insurance and reverse the EMI deducted
