Dear Sir/Madam,
I invest MY money in RBS MULTICARE PVT LTD. amount Rs 7200/ maturity date of policy was February 2012. But still I Didn't Received money not even agent sure about when will receive money. Agent told me to follow up with our senior they will guide. But Even given numbers not responding our calls. The company promised us that they will give Rs 14400 after maturity of policy. They also given us Certificate but after maturity they collected our certificate saying that cheque will receive after submitting these certificate in PUNE OFFICE. Pls help us for this to get our Money
