[Resolved]  RC bazaar, bangalore — Package received in damaged condition

We are not satisfied with the product what we have received from RC bazaar, as the same was received in damaged condition I have paid Rs. 11600 and courier charges for being the same to goa Rs. 2000 and sending back to bangalore Rs. 2000/-. As informed by RC bazaar, we had sent the package back to bangalore but they have received the same in damage condition and since they recd the damaged package they are telling us that we are not going to refund the amount. then what about when received the material in damaged condition.
