Below mail i have written on 07-nov-16, to rci before renewing my membership with rci, which indicates that i have ask them whether i can still renew my rci membership (Rci #:[protected] without having any valid membership of sterling holidays or not.
Based on this email i got an auto generated acknowledgement also from the company's mail id and on the same day company's representative ms yasmeen ali, vacation consultant, member services - india, rci, pine valley, first level embassy golf links business park, off intermediate ring road, bangalore 560071, phone :[protected], called me up for the renewal matter and over the phone again i reiterate and told her that whether i can still renew rci membership without having any valid membership of sterling holidays as i have cancel my sterling holidays membership in the month of dec'15, due to their cheating with me of deducting the ecs from my account without my consent for which i have already got refunded from the sterling holidays in the month of mar'16.
After talking over the phone, ms yasmeen mohammed ali, had send me an email stating the benefits (Getaway specials week: (Bonus holiday) paid vacations) along with the payment link (Renew your rci membership through our link sent from the email address : [protected]@rci.com) to pay rs. 12960.00 as a special offer for which i have paid on 8-nov-16.
After payment of rs.12960.00, i have got an email from yasmeen mohammed c/o rci for giving feedback of the survey regarding helping out for the renewal process.
I was able to login to my rci account may be approximately till feb'17 but suddenly when i again try to login in the month of mar'17 when i was planning to book my vacation, to my surprise i was not able to login stating message we've encountered an issue with your account. Please call a vacation guide at 1.800.419.2131 to resolve it. So on calling on 22-mar-17 to yasmeen ali, i came to know the membership is cancelled due to the parent membership is cancelled with sterling resorts which is informed by sterling to rci in the month of jan'17.
So based on rci's representative confirmation, i have paid the membership renewal fees, so would request them to either activate my rci account for atleast this 3 years for which membership is renewed and thereafter, your company can cancel it if required. If they are not able to activate my account then would request you to refund us the full payment paid along with the interest at the market rate of personal interest prevailing at that time from the date of payment till today as due to negligence of rci and internal matters of rci with sterling holidays, my funds are utilized by the rci. Now on 04-apr-17, ms yasmeen told me that deductions will happen on pro-rata basis as your membership was active. Rci has a recorded voice calls for every called made by them or by the client so i would request the honorable court to listen the voice calls and proof of mails which i have to enable me to have justice by getting me the refund of my whole renewal fees with market rate of personal rate of interest from 08-nov-16 till the amount is paid along with the harassment compensations of rs. 5000.00 from last 15 days as nobody is replying properly to my calls nor they are replying my emails because everytime when i call them they convey me yasmee is on leave or meeting or somebody will revert back on the email.
