RCM Business — correction in my id no

i submitted my complaint for replacement or repair of rcm inverter that i purchased from rcm store Rajouri J&K please correct my id no ei 30068700 and want to get a response from the company as the invertor was deposited in the concerned store but the store has been closed even i do not know the pass word to know about my accounts as I did not receive my share even uptill now.
