On the 14th of Feb'23, I did a mobile prepaid mobile recharge of Rs 1849.
Recharge was unsuccessful on the first attempt and it showed to retry. On retrial, the money was deducted but received no message from Airtel. I had a doubt and checked Airtel mobile balance. It was not deposited. made a complaint to SBI customer care, but they couldn't help. A lot of people have complained about fraud during airtel recharge. Strong action should be taken against it. Recharge never took place and I had to get Airtel Prepaid Mobile again on 28 April 2023.
I am not getting my REFUND.
