Is a fake site it offering the jio recharge is fake, it will deduct the money and will never credit this in your mobile. I have encountered this the details is as below:

I see that you had initiated a recharge of rs.149 on 28 may, 2019.
However, we have not received the recharge request on this number as the payment was declined.
Request you to check the payment history of your wallet as the money would have been added back to your account.
If the amount has been deducted from your account, then it will be credited back to your account by your bank within 10 days.
In case the payment was made from your wallet, the money will be refunded to your wallet within 3 days.
Please contact the payment source in case the amount is not credited in this time frame.
Also, in future, i will recommend you to recharge via myjio app or www.jio.com website.
