I purchased the Reach Exercise Cycle B-201 on 21st July 2024, and within a few weeks, it started making strange noises while in use. I reported the issue to customer service on 19th August 2024. Since then, I’ve been caught in a frustrating loop of poor communication and lack of service.
The company only responds via WhatsApp, and even then, it’s rare. After multiple follow-ups, a technician finally visited and informed me that a bearing needed to be replaced. I’ve been waiting for over a month now for the correct spare part. The wrong part has been sent TWICE, and despite constant follow-ups, there’s been no resolution.
The product is now unusable, and this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this product or the company's customer service. I hope they address these issues promptly, but as of now, I am highly disappointed.
