I purchased a spin bike from the brand web site in Nov-23. After receiving I found some noise from the cycle and thru whatsapp messaging number of reach2fit, raised a complaint. After about 10 days, they sent a 3Rd party technician who did not have even a screw driver to open any part. He could not solve the issue. After raising the complaint again, they send a part by courrier. Meanwhile cycle sensor started not working and on raising another complaint, they sent the sensor. After receiving the products, they sent new 3Rd party technician after 10 days. He broke the sensor while installing and suggested his handlers to re-send the sensor and also suggested to send the monitoring unit as unit was also not working. I have been waiting for these parts since 08.12.2023. Despite repeated messages on whatsapp, reach2fitness responds very late or does not respond at all. Even the response is common response of "we are working on it" or "our team will resolve the issue soon" etc..
They never bother to call the CUSTOMERs.
They are big cheaters...
