Sir, ..I purchased flat from ANTHONY BUILDERS PARKWOOD, Chennai project.. THEY ARE REAL CHEATERS.. I have already completed house warming ceremony one year before.. but till now they have not handed over my flat completely. I have NOT received my EB CARD, PROPERTY TAX, FLAT COMPLETION certificate. Those who are planning to buy property from ANTHONY BUILDERS.. PLEASE BE AWARE..They are REAL CHEATERS and will take you as granted once you paid full money.
