[Resolved]  Antriksh Sanskriti — illegal allotment of flats in towers without approval

Same here.

Is it legal to sell unapproved flats? Everytime I call them, they say "We will get approval within a month" and it's been like that for last 6 months or so.

Hi . I already booked flat on the 6th floor... what is the progress there. can any body tell me. as possesion was supposed to give in the month of dec 13

what this builder called antriksh is going to do. i dont know..please dont buy any flat from them, they started project in 2008 (Antriksh sanskriti) and not delivered till date.

Highly disputed title, it is raksha vigyan property how antarish can sale. Land belongs to Raksha vigyan society

Antariksh Sanskriti project at NH 24 near Indirapuram is delayed to the extent that no body is able to predict date when possession will be given. The project commenced in 2011 still structure part is not complete.

There is so much delay already and there is no progress on site..
Such builders should be jailed.
Every one must lodge a complaint against. They are not delivering anything. ITS All Fake.!!
I have also booked flat there and Paying EMI's of flat which i dont know i will get or not.
But definitely i will send a notice to them.

The moment we initiate legal course, builder will get shelter and then for next 10 yrs nothing will move. There are hundreds of such cases pending for last 5-20 yrs and customers have lost hope. Its better to coordinate and help builder to tide over if their are some genuine reasons for delay.

Can somebody find out the actual problem is, then we plan course of action.
May be if we could form a whatsapp group to discuss, debate and find solution.

This project of NH24 is inevitably delayed. No one has any clue when the possession will take place. More than
95% payment has been released to the builder. I think we should all get together and decide the course of action.

Whatsaap group is initiated, Pls provide mobile no to add in this group so that we can together take up our cause with Builder.

As per UP CM Yogi Adityanath ji latest order, we can file an FIR against the builder- Antariksh sanskriti and they will be boud to take an action. Builder cannot give us fake statements which are completely baseless. we are suffering a great loss by releasing almost 90% of the flat cost. Lets get together and file an FIR.
